DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction: Case 50
Description
Patient underwent bilateral mastectomies for left breast cancer and initially had tissue expander and implant reconstruction. She had problems with her implants and they continued to be asymmetric and the left side was harder. She underwent removal of both of her implants and new reconstruction with DIEP flaps.
