DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction: Case 44

Description

This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and implant reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. She then underwent radiation to her left breast which left her with significant capsular contracture (hardening of the implant) and thinning of the skin. She was referred for bilateral breast implant removal and reconstruction with DIEP flaps.
