Description

This is a 37 year old female who had significant laxity of her abdominal wall after pregnancy. She felt as if she was still pregnant in her clothes from the excessive bulging and weakness of her abdomen. She also desired a breast augmentation. She underwent a breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile 250 cc silicone gel implants. She also underwent an abdominoplasty with repair of the separated and lax abdominal muscles. This was reinforced with a piece of Phasix absorbable mesh to prevent recurrence of the bulging.
