Mommy Makeover: Case 3

Description

This is a 42 year old female who desired a breast augmentation, breast lift, and an abdominoplasty after having children. She desired to return to her pre-pregnancy breast size and shape. She underwent a breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile 250 cc silicone gel implants. Her breasts had dropped lower with pregnancy and aging, so she also underwent a vertical breast lift. She had laxity of her abdomen, separation of her muscles, and a moderate amount of excess fat. She underwent an abdominoplasty, repair of the rectus diastasis, and liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. This was all performed in one outpatient surgery.
