Natural Breast Augmentation with Fat: Case 2

Description

This is a 45 year old female who had previously undergone breast augmentation with 300 cc silicone gel implants when she was in her 20s. The right side was now ruptured and leaking into her breast tissue and some silicone had already traveled to her axillary lymph node. She desired for both of her breast implants to be removed, but didn't want new implants. She still desired to be about the same breast size. She underwent removal of both of the silicone gel implants and 190 cc of fat grafting into each breast. She did not need a breast lift as she appeared very natural with only fat grafting.
