Labiaplasty: Case 13

Description

This is a 32 year old female who had previously undergone a labiaplasty by another surgeon. She was bothered by the uneven and unnatural appearance, especially just underneath and to the sides of the clitoris. She also had laxity and loss of volume of the labia majora and had previously had filler injected. She underwent a labiaplasty revision and clitoral hood reduction/lift. She also underwent tightening of the labia majora and fat grafting to add volume.
