ThermiVa is an in-office, non-surgical procedure for labia and vaginal tightening. A soft applicator delivers heat energy to the labia and/or vaginal tissues in order to tighten them, build collagen, and restore youthfulness.
Candidates for ThermiVa Vaginal Rejuvenation
Candidates for ThermiVa include women that are concerned with the wrinkled or loose appearance of their labia majora/minora, feelings of a loose vagina, vaginal dryness, or orgasmic concerns. How Does ThermiVa Work?
The ThermiVa applicator causes heatingof the skin and mucosa to a therapeutic temperature. Each treatment takes about 3-5 minutes per zone once the goal temperature is reached. The gentle heat causes immediate contraction of the collagen in the area. Over the next few weeks to months, there is collagen remodeling and stimulation of new collagen and elastin, which causes tightening of the skin of the labia and the inside of the vagina.

We recommend a series of 3 treatments one month apart. The results last for about one year and then yearly maintenance treatments can be performed to off-set continued aging in the area.
