Jasmine Lengyel, LPN
Operations Director
Jasmine graduated from Albertus Magnus College with her Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management. She has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2009 and completed her Associate Degree in Nursing from Excelsior College in 2018.
Jasmine has been an integral part of Jandali Plastic Surgery since 2012. She oversees and handles all administrative operations at the practice with a focus in human resources and billing. Jasmine is currently enrolled in a medical billing and coding course through AAPC.
When Jasmine is not in the office, she enjoys cooking with her husband and children!
Jennifer Zapatka, MS, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Jennifer Zapatka is an NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant (PA) and is licensed to practice by the Connecticut Department of Public Health. Jennifer graduated from Quinnipiac University with her Bachelor of Health Science after completing the Entry-Level Master’s Physician Assistant program. She went on to complete her Master of Health Science degree from the Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant program, which is accredited by ARC-PA. Being intrigued by surgery and care of the surgical patient, Jennifer applied and was accepted to the prestigious Yale Medical School / Norwalk Hospital Surgical Residency program. This 1 year intensive training program helped Jennifer solidify her love of plastic surgery.
When she's not in the operating room assisting Dr. Jandali, you will find Jennifer in the office providing the non-surgical procedures that she feels will best provide natural and lasting results for her patients. With her extensive surgical background, Jennifer prides herself on accurately guiding patients along the spectrum of treatment options from non-surgical to those that require a surgical approach. Her anatomic knowledge and steady hands in the OR have served her well when performing in-office procedures. Jennifer strives to exceed her discerning patients' expectations by listening to their goals, providing safe and transparent care, and delivering results that inspire confidence among those treated. Following her belief that self care is a lifelong journey, Jennifer strives to develop professional relationships with her patients that will last for years to come.
Allison Mastroianni, MS, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Allison is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) licensed to practice in Connecticut. She completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Allison then received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the New York Institute of Technology, graduating with honors.
Her passion for plastic surgery began early on. Prior to PA school, Allison’s time as a medical assistant at a plastic surgery center provided her with invaluable experience caring for pre- and post-operative patients. This exposure further solidified her interest, leading her to actively pursue an elective in reconstructive plastics during her clinical rotations. There, she gained hands-on experience assisting in a variety of breast and body procedures.
At Jandali Plastic Surgery, you’ll find Allison assisting Dr. Jandali in the operating room and conducting pre- and post-operative care in the office. She strives to provide personalized attention to each patient throughout their treatment journey, taking the time to thoroughly explain procedures, answer questions, and address any concerns, ensuring patients feel well-informed and at ease. In addition to her clinical and surgical responsibilities, Allison is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in plastic surgery. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants. When Allison is not caring for patients, you can find her taking walks with her corgi pup, Oliver, and her husband, Jeremy, or eating a chicken parm for breakfast.
Alyssa Raines, MS, PA-C
Physician Assistant

Alyssa Raines is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant licensed in the state of Connecticut. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at University of Bridgeport's ARC-PA accredited program. Alyssa trained with Dr. Jandali during her elective rotation during clinicals; she then proceeded into her career in cosmetic plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine directly upon graduation. She has spent the past 4 years working alongside some of Connecticut’s finest board-certified plastic surgeons.
She truly enjoys assisting in the operating room and serves as a knowledgeable resource during perioperative management. Alyssa's surgical training has refined her artistic eye when she performs injectable treatments. Her passion is integrating non-surgical modalities into her treatment plans and her philosophy is to enhance natural beauty. She is an expert at recommending appropriate rejuvenation treatments that safely and effectively align with her patients' goals.
In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys traveling with her husband, gardening, spending time at a local vineyard or snuggling with her two rescue cats, Lucy and Ricky.
Julie Arcana, RN
Clinical Practice Coordinator
Julie Arcana graduated with her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2005 from the University of Delaware. Julie went on to obtain her Master’s Degree from Saint Josephs University/Nazareth Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesiology in Philadelphia, PA, in 2010. After practicing anesthesia for a decade, Julie retired from anesthesia and focused her career on aesthetics.
Julie performs all non-surgical treatments at Jandali Plastic Surgery. She has always had a passion for aesthetics and helping patients achieve their goals of natural beauty and contoured physiques.
When Julie is not working, she is busy with her three young daughters. She enjoys cooking and trying new healthy whole food plant-based recipes. She loves travel and is also a fan of Orange Theory.
Mariah Hanania
Surgical Scheduler
Mariah graduated from Fairfield University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and minor in mathematics. While at Fairfield, she was awarded a research position in chemical biology and was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society. While pursuing an education in science, Mariah worked at a sports marketing firm to challenge and expand her knowledge in business management and analytics.
As a result of Mariah's continued passion for science and health care, she plans to further pursue her education in the medical field. Mariah attended the HydraFacial Experience in Boston, a training and educational workshop, to which she enjoyed greatly. While connecting with other HydraFacial Specialists, she was able to learn new strategies and techniques that she now brings to Jandali Plastic Surgery! Mariah enjoys learning and helping people and is excited to work with Dr. Jandali while assisting patients throughout their surgical journeys.
Emilee Hodges
Surgical Scheduler
Emilee graduated from Kennebec Valley Community College in Maine with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Emilee was a preschool teacher and also managed a fast paced, high volume hair salon prior to her move to Connecticut with her husband.
Emilee joined Jandali Plastic Surgery in 2015 where she brought her upbeat attitude, organization, multi-tasking, and excellent customer service skills, all of which align her well with our busy practice. Emilee is the face of our office and will assist you throughout your surgical or cosmetic procedure.
Neema Oyomba
Medical Assistant
Neema graduated from Columbus School of Art & Design in 2010 with her Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Painting & Printmaking. During her art career, she did an internship at El Museo del Barrio, to which she had her work displayed at her college in The Joseph. V. Canzani Center- Acock Gallery, Kinney Hall. She showcased her landscape paintings and hand-made prints as well as books. Her work was also displayed at Read's Artspace Ground Floor Gallery in Downtown Bridgeport, Connecticut.
When Neema moved back to Connecticut, she got a managerial position as an office manager and a part time position as a pharmacy technician. She was drawn towards health care and the aspect of helping others and changing lives of patient's and started her journey in the health care field. She worked through the pandemic at COVID facilities testing thousands of patient's weekly. Worked at three testing site locations in New Haven and Hartford, Connecticut and Bronxville, New York. Neema is certified in PPE safety and certified to use testing machines Abbot, LumiraDX and Mesa Biotech.
When Neema is not working, you can find her trying new restaurants, indulging in self-care like trying new skin care-like face-masks, makeup. She loves creating new works of art, mostly in watercolor or creating a new oil landscape. She loves to travel to a new country every year, enjoys watching new movies on Netflix and taking UFC classes from MMA Training to H.I.I.T. Neema has a keen interest in being an aesthetician, and plans to further pursue her education in aesthetician school. She loves assisting at Jandali Plastic Surgery and is excited to work with Dr. Jandali.
