What to Expect at the Office Jandali Plastic Surgery Practice, Fairfield County Connecticut
During your initial consultation at our Connecticut Plastic Surgery Practice, Dr. Jandali will introduce himself to you and then ask you about your desires for surgery or skin care. This will allow him to individualize a potential treatment plan specific to your circumstances and goals. He also strives to ensure that you have an adequate understanding of the issues involved, so that you are empowered to make a fully informed decision.
Dr. Jandali will then review your medical history, surgical history, medications and allergies. Your smoking history is also very important, as it can have large impact upon your healing after surgery.
Dr. Jandali will then perform a focused examination, after which he will be able to offer specific advice and options to help you achieve the appearance you desire, whether cosmetic or reconstructive. He will discuss his recommended surgical plan, including the technique, length of the procedure and postoperative recovery. Dr. Jandali will then take photographs to document the findings. These same photographs will be used to show you before and after photographs once all healing has occurred. He will also show you before and after photographs of prior patients who have undergone similar procedures before you.
Dr. Jandali will explain the potential risks of the different surgical options. He believes in utilizing an extremely open and honest approach regarding the possibilities and limitations of surgery.
At the completion of your consultation, we will give you a written estimate of the cost of your procedure and review financing options. At this time, you can schedule your surgery with a member of the staff at our Connecticut plastic surgery office. If you need more time, you are also welcome to call or e-mail with further questions. We always offer a second visit back in the office to further discuss the surgery and answer any last questions.
Cosmetic Consultation Fee
Cosmetic consultations are $300, paid with a credit card at the time of scheduling the appointment.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Jandali Plastic Surgery, we desire to offer the best service at all times and we value each patient’s time in our office. When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room and staff for your particular needs. We understand that plans change. For this reason, we keep a wait list of patients who would like to be seen in the event of a cancellation.
We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice if you cannot make a scheduled appointment time or date. For a Monday appointment, you must cancel by Friday no later than 2 p.m. If no advance notice is given and an appointment is missed, there will be a Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee of $50. All cancellations are to be made with the office, not with our answering service. For a late cancellation or no-show, your credit card will be charged $50 on the day of the missed appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: Insurances do not cover No-Show or Late Cancellation Fees so you will be responsible for payment.
Courtesy texts and calls to remind patients of appointments do not substitute for a No-Show or Late Cancellation.
If a Cosmetic Consult is missed or not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will forfeit your $300 consultation payment.
Your credit card information will be kept in our secure files and will only be charged if there is a no-show or late cancellation for a scheduled appointment. A receipt will be sent to your address on file. If your credit card is declined, you will not be able to reschedule any future appointments until payment is remitted.
